Prime Minister Mark Rutte on Oct. 28 said that his government may submit a bill revoking Dutch support for the European Union-Ukraine treaty on Oct. 31.
Rutte says rejection would be a mistake and would erode European unity but that if a last ditch effort to form political support at the weekend failed, he would have no choice but to submit the bill.
