MOSCOW – Russia stopped three Ukrainian navy vessels from entering the Sea of Azov via the Kerch Strait on Nov. 25 by placing a huge cargo ship beneath a Russian-controlled bridge, with officials from both countries accusing the other of provocative behaviour.
