Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov will not take part in the negotiations within the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the peaceful settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine.
“As a minister of defense, I cannot participate in peace negotiations, because this is already a different competence. Therefore, the president will decide that I need to be removed from the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group […]. I will definitely not take part in those negotiations,” Reznikov told journalists at the parliament on Nov. 4.
