A court in Kyiv has found former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych guilty of treason.

Prosecutors in Kyiv were seeking life imprisonment for Yanukovych on charges of high treason, taking deliberate actions that violated Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and complicity with Russian authorities.
