Russia-backed separatists have violated the ceasefire four times in Donbas from the beginning of the day, Ukrainian soldiers were not wounded, the press center of the Joint Force Operation (JFO) headquarters said.

“From the beginning of the day, July 29, in the area of ​​the Joint Force Operation, four ceasefire violations have been recorded. Near the settlement of Shyrokyne, the enemy fired twice from 120 and 82 caliber mortars. Near Vodiane, the enemy fired at the Ukrainian positions from 120-caliber mortars,” the JFO said on Facebook.

Near the village of Shumy, the Russia-led forces opened fire from 82 caliber mortars and small arms.

There are no combat losses among the JFO soldiers. The Ukrainian Armed Forces returned fire.

“The actions of the Russian armed formations were reported to the OSCE representatives through the Ukrainian side of the JCCC,” the JFO said.
