As of 5:00 p.m. on April 2, the second case of the COVID-19 coronavirus disease was confirmed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook.
“One of the servicemen of the Kyiv garrison, who has been on self-isolation since March 23 in connection with the fact that he had contacted with a sick person, was taken samples for research on a separate decision on March 30, 2020. The COVID-19 acute respiratory disease has been confirmed following the test results,” the message reads.
