The election headquarters of the Servant of the People party in the local elections in Kyiv will be headed by its leader and first deputy chairman of the faction Oleksandr Korniyenko, candidate for Kyiv mayor, MP of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Vereschuk said.
“I am nominated by the party, so I am not a self-nominated candidate. The headquarters that worked with the Servant of the People in national elections will work for the locals too. I want this campaign [electoral] not to be like all the others. My invitation to Vitali Klitschko to a debate and our other steps is related to this. We want to demonstrate a new policy and new politicians,” Vereshchuk said.
The MP said that the headquarters of the Servant of the People party in the local elections in Kyiv will be headed by its leader, MP Oleksandr Korniyenko.
“He is a very smart person. Oleksandr Korniyenko is in charge of elections in Kyiv. Oleksandr Dubinsky is in charge of elections in Kyiv region. I am really counting very much on Dubinsky. If he does not interfere with me, this will help a lot. He has a huge audience and that will be very useful for the party, and faction, and me,” said the MP.
