The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine continues to actively work on the digitalization of public services since President Volodymyr Zelensky has set the task of completing this process by the end of this year, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

“Ukraine has become one step closer to the ‘paperless’ regime. President Volodymyr Zelensky has set the task to transfer the entire public service sector to an electronic system this year so that no institution can require a paper certificate from Ukrainians. This week the Verkhovna Rada adopted the relevant bill at the first reading. The government continues to actively work on the digitalization of public services so that any document or certificate can be obtained at the Diia portal or application,” Shmyhal wrote on Facebook on June 20.
