As of the end of June, there were 1,571 mobile teams in Ukraine for testing on COVID-19, the National Health Service (NHSU) reported on Facebook.
According to the report, in April-June, mobile teams performed almost 325,000 tests on COVID-19 by PCR, of which about 144,000 – in June.
Mobile teams travel to a patient with suspected COVID-19 and collect material for PCR testing, then deliver the material to the laboratory.
The services of mobile teams for collection of material for testing by PCR and the testing itself is free for the patient.
