Head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Andriy Bohdan has written a letter of resignation from his post at his own request, a source in the Presidential Office told Interfax-Ukraine.

“The resignation letter was submitted to the president on Thursday,” the agency’s source said.

In the winter of 2019 Bohdan became legal advisor for the campaign of then presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelensky.

On May 21, Zelensky appointed Bohdan as head of his administration.
