Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak met with Alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at NATO Headquarters on Thursday.
“In the framework of the dialogue, the NATO Secretary General expressed his readiness to resume the work of the Ukraine-NATO commission, as well as the need to increase the intensity and improve the dynamics of cooperation with Ukraine to ensure Ukraine’s further aspirations to join the Alliance,” the Defense Ministry’s press service said after the meeting.
As it is known, the delegation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine headed by Poltorak is visiting NATO Headquarters in Brussels (Belgium) on February 13-14.
