You're reading: Support for Zelenskiy in second round 61 percent among those ready to vote, Poroshenko has 24 percent

Some 61 percent of Ukrainians who are ready to vote in the second round of presidential elections on April 21 support showman Volodymyr Zelenskiy, compared to 24 percent of the voters supporting incumbent President Petro Poroshenko. These are the findings of a survey conducted by the Sociological Group Rating in April.

According to the results of the poll presented at the Kyiv-based Interfax-Ukraine News Agency on April 11, some 15 percent were undecided.

Of those polled, 51 percent of Ukrainians plan to vote in favor of Zelenskiy, compared to 21 percent of those supporting Poroshenko, while 18 percent were undecided and 10 percent did not plan to vote.
