There are 285 people on the Ukrainian list for the exchange of persons who are being held in certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and 90 persons are on the list of militants, Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Liudmyla Denisova said.
“Of the 90 people who were included by the militants in the lists, we have confirmed 15. In our list, which concerns the return of our citizens from detention facilities in ORDLO, there are 285 people, among them 44 are military. Almost all of them are confirmed. We can move according to the principle agreed in Minsk, I mean the exchange of ‘everyone for everyone’,” Denisova said on the air of Hromadske Radio.
