The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine began a meeting in Minsk on August 2 afternoon, Darka Olifer, press secretary for former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, who represents Kyiv in the group, told Interfax.
“The Trilateral Contact Group participants have already begun working,” Olifer said on August 2.
