You're reading: Two Rada extraordinary sessions to be held on April 27

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov signed an order to convene two extraordinary plenary sessions of the parliament on the initiative of the MPs on April 26.

According to the information department of the Verkhovna Rada, the first extraordinary session will take place on April 27 at 16:00.

According to the agenda, at this extraordinary session, the MPs intend to consider a draft resolution on the adoption of urgent measures aimed at ending the inaction of the executive authorities in the field of combating the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease and ensuring the strict implementation of the decisions of the Verkhovna Rada adopted in this area (No. 5299).

The second extraordinary session will begin immediately after the end of the first one. There are 13 issues on the agenda:

– the bill on amendments to the law on the state budget of Ukraine for 2021 regarding the increase in the costs of ensuring the administration of justice by local courts of appeal (No. 5304);

– the bill on amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the revitalization of science parks (No. 4236);

– the bill on financial services and financial companies (No. 5065);

– the bill on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the improvement of legal regulation of insurance of agricultural products with state support (No. 5104);

– the bill on the foundations of youth policy (No. 3718);

– the President’s proposals to the law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding ensuring the detainee, suspect, accused, convicted person of the right to receive legal assistance (No. 2063);

– the bill on amendments to some legislative acts to ensure the phased implementation of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (No. 3985);

– the bill on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the improvement of certain provisions in connection with the implementation of a special preliminary investigation (No. 2164);

– the bill on amendments to the law on the judicial system and the status of judges regarding the regulation of certain issues of service in the Court Security Service (No. 3935);

– the bill on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the introduction of an information and telecommunication system for pretrial investigation (No. 5246);

– the bill on amendments to Section II Final and Transitional Provisions of the law of Ukraine on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding reducing the deficit of ferrous scrap on the domestic market (No. 5175);

– the bill on amendments to Article 22 of the law on advertising regarding advertising of electronic cigarettes and liquids used in electronic cigarettes (No. 4212);

– the bill on organizations of water users and stimulation of hydrotechnical land reclamation (No. 5202).
