Batkivshchyna party leader Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the Osnova party, independent MP Serhiy Taruta, as well as former Chief of Ukraine’s SBU Security Service Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, have led the election list of the Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Association during early elections to the Verkhovna Rada.
According to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, the list of candidates running for parliament was approved and announced at a party congress in Kyiv on June 10.
The top five also includes Serhiy Sobolev, deputy chairman of the Batkivschyna faction in parliament, and Olena Kondratiuk, a people’s deputy from this faction.
