Russian-backed militants attacked Ukrainian troops in the Combat zone in the east of Ukraine 14 times from 00:00 to 18:00 local time on June 14; no casualties have been recorded, the press center of the Ukrainian military headquarters has reported.
“The situation in the combat zone remains tense. The Russian-backed terrorist gangs continue using heavy artillery weapons banned by the Minsk agreements. The Ukrainian army’s strongholds have been attacked 14 times in total. Most of the attacks occurred in the Mariupol sector,” the Ukrainian military HQ said in an update on Facebook on the evening of June 14.
“Fortunately, there were no casualties among Ukrainian soldiers after enemy shelling during the day,” it said.
