President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine has said Ukraine is going to submit a lawsuit to the International Court of Justice against the Russian Federation in connection with its act of aggression in the basis of the Sea of Azov.

“A lawsuit is being prepared to be submitted to the International Court of Justice in connection with an act of aggression. This has already been put on file. The Russian Federation will be taken liable for the act of aggression against our nation,” Poroshenko said at a Freedom of Speech program broadcast by the ICTV channel during the evening of December 3.
