Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced his intentions to strengthen relations with Ukraine, especially in the field of military cooperation and defense industry.

“I held a frank meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. We will continue to strengthen our relations, especially in military cooperation and defense industry. We welcome the Crimean Platform initiative,” Cavusoglu wrote on Twitter on Dec. 2.

As reported, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba is on a working visit to Turkey on Dec. 2, where he will take part in a meeting of the NATO North Atlantic Council at the level of the heads of foreign agencies with the participation of Ukraine and Georgia.
