Ukraine and its international partners are making efforts to achieve a breakthrough in a peaceful settlement, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko has said on the anniversary of the signing of the Minsk Agreements.
“Five years ago, Russia signed the Minsk Protocol. Since then, we have lost 14,000 of our people. Russia has not fulfilled any of its obligations. We are working hard with our partners to achieve a real breakthrough in a peaceful settlement. Around-the-clock,” the minister tweeted on Sept. 8.
