You're reading: Ukraine’s government allocates Hr 5.6 million for buying of housing for IDPs

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated Hr 5.6 million for the purchase of housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs). The relevant decision was made at the government meeting on August 5.

In particular, the Cabinet of Ministers allocated Hr 5.6 million for the purchase of 18 apartments and one house for temporary residence of about 55 internally displaced persons.

At the expense of the subvention funds, housing will be purchased in the following settlements: ten apartments in Kramatorsk of Donetsk region, eight apartments in Pokrovsk of Donetsk region and one house in Prymorsk of Zaporizhia region.

In total in 2020 at the expense of subvention funds, it is planned to purchase approximately 66 apartments and nine houses for temporary residence of almost 235 displaced persons.
