Ukrainian border guards did not let the Russian singer Yevgeny Kemerovsky pass the territory of the annexed Crimea because of the lack of permission from the Ukrainian State Migration Service, head of the press service of the Berdiansk border guard unit of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Nelia Dotsenko, has said.

“Foreigners and stateless people must have such a document to cross the administrative border with the annexed peninsula,” she said.

Sources at the Chonhar checkpoint also informed Krym.Realii online publication that Kemerovsky on the administrative border told Ukrainian border guards about his property on the annexed peninsula. The Russian singer has not yet given any comments on the situation.
