Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has said that militants are fully maintained by the Russian Federation receiving material and technical support.
“Ukrainian units are constantly shelled by pro-Russian terrorist troops. Maintenance and logistical support of these troops is entirely provided by Russian Federation,” the minister said in Vilnius (Lithuania) speaking to journalists, according to a posting on the website of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.
