The Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) elected a new head at an online meeting, MP from the European Solidarity faction Oleksiy Honcharenko has said.
“Instead of Yelyzaveta Yasko, MP from the Servant of the People Maria Mezentseva became the head. Ten members of the delegation from the Servant of the People, both representatives of Opposition Platform – For Life and a representative from For the Future, voted for her,” Honcharenko wrote on the Telegram channel on Jan. 11.
It is noted that representatives of European Solidarity, Holos, Batkivschyna, as well as some representatives of Servant of the People, did not vote for the change of the head of the delegation.
