Sixteen people injured during clashes outside the building of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, in Kyiv on December 17, have received medical care from emergency response teams of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS), URCS volunteer Olena Panshyna has told an Ukrinform correspondent.
