Ukrinform: Austrian court refuses to extradite Firtash to Spain

The Higher Regional Court of Vienna (Oberlandesgericht) has refused to extradite Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash to Spain, Austria’s Kronen Zeitung newspaper reported on Dec.19.
