The Central Election Commission (CEC) has registered 45 more official international observers for Ukraine’s early parliamentary elections scheduled for July 21, the CEC has written on its website.nIn particular, the CEC registered 12 observers from the Federal Republic of Germany and 33 – from the Ukrainian World Congress.
