As of March 5 morning, five populated areas in Luhansk region have been left without electricity due to adverse weather conditions, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports.
“Bad weather conditions (wind gusts) caused blackouts in five populated areas in Luhansk region,” reads a report.
