Mobile sniper groups, who underwent intensive training under the guidance of ranking members of the Russian military at the end of December 2019, arrived in Donbas, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry spokesperson said at a briefing, citing the information from the Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate.
