The OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Harlem Désir, welcomed the release of RIA Novosti Ukraina journalist Kirill Vyshynsky and called for the release of Ukrinform journalist Roman Sushchenko and film director Oleg Sentsov, illegally detained in Russia.
