Oschadbank, the State Savings Bank of Ukraine, plans to immediately appeal against the judgment of the Paris Court of Appeal, which rejected the award of the Permanent Court of Arbitration of Nov. 26, 2018, in the case against Russia over compensation for losses caused by the occupation of Crimea.
