UkrInform: Russian rapper Basta declared persona non grata in Ukraine

Famous Russian rapper Vasily Vakulenko (Basta) has been declared persona non grata in Ukraine. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) banned him from the Ukraine for a period of three years, SBU press service reports to Apostrophe online portal.
