The directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Odesa region has approved notices of suspicion for seven Russian servicemen due to their attack on Ukrainian sailors in the Kerch Strait, Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) spokesperson Andriy Lysenko has reported on his Facebook page.
