Russia continues getting ready for a large-scale war, which would pose a threat not only to Ukraine but to other countries of Central and Eastern Europe as well.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said this, while delivering a speech at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
