Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN Yuriy Klymenko has called on the UN member states and international organizations to increase pressure on Russia to stop gross and systematic violations of human rights and release all Ukrainian citizens illegally held by Russia.
He stated this during a debate on the agenda of the 39th session of the UN Human Rights Council, the press service of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva reported.
