Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, together with his Lithuanian counterpart Gabrielius Landsbergis and his Polish counterpart Zbigniew Rau, will hold the first online meeting of the Lublin Triangle on January 29, to which Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya is also invited.
