Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, together with his Lithuanian counterpart Gabrielius Landsbergis and his Polish counterpart Zbigniew Rau, held the first online meeting of the Lublin Triangle on Jan. 29, the Foreign Ministry’s press service reports.
