Ukraine is carrying out preparatory work for the installation of heavy construction equipment near the bridge in Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region, but illegal armed formations of the Russian Federation have not fulfilled all their obligations to dismantle fortifications, the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination on Ceasefire and Stabilization of the Demarcation Line (JCCC) has said on Facebook.
