Ukrainian sailor Valeriy Zubytsky, a crewmember of the Swiss vessel MV Glarus who was kidnapped by pirates in Nigeria’s territorial waters, is due to return home on Oct. 30, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said.
