Head of the Border Control Department at the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) Administration Yuriy Lysiuk says almost 70 foreigners have already received copies of traffic tickets from SBGSU officers for violation of traffic rules in Ukraine.

On Nov. 19, 2020, the vehicle speed monitoring system started registering traffic violations by foreign citizens who entered Ukraine in their cars, and by Ukrainian citizens, driving cars with foreign registration plates.The failure to pay a fine within 30 days entails a ban on foreigners entry into Ukraine.
