Tatyana Matyash, the lawyer of Deputy Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Yuriy Hrymchak and his assistant Ihor Ovdienko, who were detained on bribery charges, has said their arrest will be appealed on August 19.
