Dutch journalists from the Nieuwsuur (News Hour) television program broadcast by the public broadcasters NOS and NTR have indirectly confirmed the place of residence of Russian Major General Sergey Dubinsky (Doebinski in the Dutch spelling), nom de guerre Khmuryi (‘Gloomy’ or ‘Grumpy’), who is suspected of involvement in the MH17 downing in separatist-held territory in Donbas in July 2014, according to an episode aired on July 2.

Nieuwsuur’s crew visited the private house in Russia’s Rostov region where Dubinsky is reportedly residing now.
