Ukraine’s National Energy and Utilities Regulation Commission (NEURC) plans to raise the indicative price of coal by 26 percent in the structure of the wholesale market price for electricity in 2018, based on which tariffs for end consumers are calculated, according to the justification for the draft decision “On approval of the forecast wholesale market price for 2018” published on the regulator’s website.
