UNIAN: EU allocates 104 million euros for insulation of apartment blocks in Ukraine

The European Union has allocated 104 million euros for the implementation of programs to improve the energy efficiency of Ukraine’s housing stock, according to coordinator of the energy sector of the EU Delegation in Ukraine, Olha Borodankova.
