European Union Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Maja Kocijancic has announced the European Union does not recognize any “governor’s elections” in the Russian-occupied city of Sevastopol scheduled for September 10, nor the “governor” to be elected.
