The FSB report on “Ukrainian saboteurs” in Crimea could lead to the freezing of negotiations on the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia, lawyer Mark Feygin said on 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“Isn’t it strange that this coincided with some global events like the U.S. election and the statement of one of the [presidential] candidates on possibility of talks on Crimea and the recognition of its annexation. It seems that the situation is being ramped up politically. I am convinced that this is yet another fake story,” Feygin said.
