Zakarpattia Governor Hennadiy Moskal has stated that a resident of Transnistria, an unrecognized strip of land that broke away from Moldova, is the man behind an arson attack on the Transcarpathian Hungarian Cultural Association in the Ukrainian town of Uzhgorod.
