Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov, who was illegally convicted and imprisoned in Russia, has sent a letter to First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, Iryna Gerashchenko, to inform her that he monitors developments in Ukraine.
