UNIAN: Lutsenko asks Rada to strip MP, oligarch Novinsky of immunity

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has asked the Vekhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament to strip Opposition Bloc Member of Parliament, oligarch Vadym Novinsky of parliamentary immunity to hold him liable in ex-president Viktor Yanukovych’s case.

The Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) has sent a motion to the Verkhovna Rada, asking for consent to the criminal prosecution of MP Vadym Novinsky, Lutsenko informed on Facebook on Nov. 3.
