Neither the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) nor the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) has sent criminal cases opened against ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).
